WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS WE DO?

We specialize in various types of event; We are true specialists, experienced with all types of wedding along with the pre-wedding celebrations. Weddings make up around 85% of our business and the remaining 15% is filled with birthday parties, sweet sixteen, community gatherings, anniversaries and graduations.

Of course, we had seen that happen in many occasions over the years, and guests have interacted more as knowing them on a personal level. In order to serve you well, we would like to meet them prior to the event to discuss details about their role.

Gunny DJ Event does not permit future clients to just attend an event unless it’s a public event out of respect for the privacy of others. The information provided in our meetings and online reviews will platform our experience, professionalism and style in music.

We currently have good online reviews. Out of respect for the privacy of former clients personally, your DJ will (upon request) gladly provide you with references who are more than happy to discuss the quality of his performance and customer service. You will not be asked to “cold call” people to check our references; we will be sure to let them know to expect your call. We want you to feel completely comfortable in researching our services.

Our staff will arrive based on your event’s scheduled start time. Since each event is unique and requires different equipment, arrival times may vary slightly. However, rest assured — your setup will be fully completed and ready to go at least one hour before your event begins.

Yes, Gunny DJ Event carries a full liability insurance policy with a coverage value of $2,000,000. We are happy to provide you or your venue with a copy of our insurance policy upon request.

Every event is different and may require a specific set of equipment, but here are our basic requirements for any setup. Full details will be provided via email during booking or after the contract is finalized.

We require:

  • At least one 6-foot banquet table

  • Adequate power: two (2) 120-volt, 20-amp circuits on grounded outlets, located within 100 feet of the DJ setup area

A fifty percent non-refundable deposit is due with your signed agreement. And, the remaining balance is due 7 day before your event

We cover most states in the US, with travel accommodation charges except for Florida and Georgia. For more information, please Call us to get a quote.

We do offer promotions periodically, and if a booking is made during that time frame, it will be automatically added to the price.

Our standard package includes ALL equipment, including speakers, subwoofers, cables, dmx moving heads and wireless microphones. We also offer many additional packages including uplighting, hashtag live, Live Streaming Mobile DJ, Punjabi dhol, monogram lighting, and LED Dance floor at extra cost.

We create a custom quote depending on the needs of the event. And, we’ll send you a detailed quote via email based on the type of event (eg: wedding, birthday, or corporate), the date/time preferred and the location of the event. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Venmo & Zelle

Yes, our DJs and team members are fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

Gunny DJ Event owns a vast library of music in many formats and also a mix of international music. We update our collection constantly, providing the latest music trends to our clients and their guests. Furthermore, we work closely with our clients in selecting the music/style for their event. Yes! Our company centered on DJ entertainment yet we do provide additional services to enhance your experience with our company. We are happy to provide microphones, lighting in-house, personalized Monogram, Dhol services, Mobile DJ, Live wedding streaming and snapchat filters and many more.

We pride ourself on offering a tailor made service on each event. We listen to your needs and exceed your expectations! This includes mixing beats/styles music throughout the event personalized to your taste and preference. We firmly believe that your wedding/event is your show, and we do not like taking the spotlight from you. A perfect blend of music is all that’s needed to make an evening memorable.
